I was busy making some no-bake energy bites today and had about 1/4 cup of ground raw cashews left over, so (naturally) decided it was smoothie time!
Black Cherry Cream Green Smoothie:
8-10 stems black kale
1 cup frozen cherries
1/4 cup ground raw cashews (more if whole)
1 - 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Handful of ice cubes
Yield 2 smoothies
